SRIRACHA DIPPING SAUCE

This versatile dipping sauce is made with sweet and spicy sriracha sauce, ketchup, rice vinegar, honey and ginger. Use it as a dip for chicken, shrimp or anything else that could use a bit of spicing up.

Yield: Makes 3/4 cup.

SRIRACHA DIPPING SAUCE

Ingredients

  • ​1/2 cup ketchup
  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Sriracha sauce
  • 1 tbsp liquid honey
  • 2 tsp grated fresh ginger

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients until blended. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or up to 24 hours.

Tip:

Sriracha sauce is a Thai hot sauce made from dried chile peppers, vinegar, garlic, sugar and salt. Look for it in Asian grocery stores or the Asian section of large grocery stores.
