Summer Herb Rub
Ingredients
- 2 tsp rosemary, crumbled
- 2 tsp thyme, crumbled
- 2 tsp dehydrated minced onion
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 3/4 tsp freshly ground pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
Directions
- Combine all ingredients. Store in an airtight container in a cool dry place. Use as a rub on chicken, pork, lamb, or fish.
