THAI RED CURRY STEAK
Give your grilled steak a little kick by marinating it in a mix of Thai red curry paste, soy sauce, honey and rice vinegar.

THAI RED CURRY STEAK
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp packed golden brown sugar
- 2 tbsp canola oil
- 2 tbsp liquid honey
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp Thai red curry paste
- 1 lb (0.5 kg) sirloin steak, 1 inch thick
Directions
- To prepare marinade, whisk together all ingredients except steak. Pour marinade into a heavy zip-lock plastic bag. Add steak and squeeze bag to coat steak with marinade. Let stand for 30 minutes.
- Meanwhile, preheat natural gas barbecue on medium heat for 10 - 15 minutes.
- Remove steak from marinade; discard marinade. Grill steak to desired doneness.
