WASABI SPIKED BLOODY MARY
Give your Bloody Mary cocktail a unique kick by using wasabi in place of traditional horseradish. Skip the vodka if you’re looking for a spicy non-alcoholic drink.

WASABI SPIKED BLOODY MARY
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup fresh lime juice
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 4 tsp wasabi paste
- 1 tsp hot pepper sauce
- 1/4 tsp celery salt
- 1 bottle (1.89 L) vegetable cocktail
- 1 cup vodka, optional
- Ice cubes
- Celery sticks, optional
Directions
- Combine lime juice, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, wasabi paste, hot pepper sauce and celery salt in a large pitcher until blended. Stir in vegetable cocktail and vodka. Cover and refrigerate until serving or for up to 24 hours.
- Serve over ice cubes in tall glasses. Garnish with celery sticks.
