- Orders purchased online with a gift card and then returned will be returned onto the original gift card, or new gift card if original is not available. This applies to digital and physical gift cards.
- If original form of payment is not available at time of return, the value of the order will be refunded onto a digital gift card.
- Online orders are not eligible for exchange.

- Products purchased online must be returned within 14 days of the shipment date to receive a full refund onto the original form of payment.
- Valid receipt/confirmation must be presented at time of return.
- Items must be unused, unwashed and in original packaging to be eligible for a refund
- Items received as a gift and returned will be refunded onto a digital gift card
- All sale items are final sale
